Hey Folks , My Path To This Point In Life Feels So Odd To Explain. I Have Been Bodybuilding Consistently Since I Was 12 Years Old. I Was Also Born With Cerebral Palsy. This Has Lead Me Down Many Strange Paths, One Of Them Was Education, Another The Military. I Got My Degree In Science Of Nutrition And Subsequently A 8 Year Military Career. Through The Years Of Applying My Efforts To Learning How I Can Be Better. I Learned How I Can Help So Many People. Through My Own Insufficiencies I Discovered The Answers To Many Others Insufficiencies And It Became My Passion To Help Humans Reach Levels They Never Realized Possible Before.

Over the years, I’ve combined that mindset with advanced training and education in men’s health, strength training, and physique development. Now, my mission is to help men take control of their health, optimize performance, and build confidence through strategic training and coaching.
